The work at Clink began in 1976 with a Sunday School held in a corrugated tin garage. As the numbers
grew the building had to be extended to its present size.
In 1983 Evening Services began to be held, and this lead to Clink Evangelical Church being constituted
in 1998.
The work continues with two services on a Sunday, plus mid-week meetings, meetings for young people
on Sundays and Wednesdays, and also services taken in local Nursing Homes.
In 2009 we became a member of the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC)
At present we have just received planning permission to build a new church building next to the existing
one.
The new building will be larger with better facilities. But until this is completed Clink Evangelical Church
will  continue to meet to worship and serve our Lord in the existing building.
There is a warm welcome for anyone who would like to meet with us.
